At Market Mind Studio, our goal is to deliver the best possible results through Facebook advertising. We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary, so we’ve created a clear and fair refund policy for our clients.
When a Refund Applies
Ad Spend Refund:
If eligible, you can receive a refund for the unused portion of your ad spend (the actual balance left in your Facebook Ads account).
Any amount already spent on running ads is non-refundable.
Our service/management fees are separate and non-refundable.
Non Refundable:
Service/management fees.
Campaigns that have already been fully executed.
How Refunds Work
Send your refund request in writing to hello@marketmindstudio.com
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or another agreed alternative).
Cancellations
You may cancel an ongoing campaign at any time.
We’ll refund the remaining ad spend balance (unused funds).
Service fees will still apply and are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Market Mind Studio is not responsible for changes in Facebook’s policies, account restrictions, or suspensions.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with ad performance, as results depend on factors like audience behavior, competition, and market conditions.
Service-Based Projects (Design, Content & Management):
Once work has started (strategy, design, or content creation), payments are non-refundable.
For advance payments on long-term projects, a partial refund may be considered if no work has been delivered.
